One of the things I’m very passionate about is health and nutrition. I spend a lot of time reading books about how food/diet affects our bodies and how the things we eat (or don’t eat) can affect our health.
My passion for this began in July 2019 when James and I embarked on the keto lifestyle. It started as an effort to lose weight (which we both did!) but it became so much more than that. It became more about preventing major diseases that SO many people in our country suffer from.
Did you know that the majority of the illnesses that people have could be improved or prevented/eliminated completely with a change in diet? It’s astounding to me how things have gotten so out of control in regards to food/illnesses/medications – over the last 50 years or so especially. And it basically all boils down to money…and corporate greed.
I encourage you to look into nutrition/diet and how it can improve your health – especially if you’re on a path that’s leading you to diseases and medication or if you have a family history of that. You CAN turn it around.
